I don't know what happens to me when I die.

I assume you know the fact that you can die anytime. You may say that you are currently at your great house with a perfect health condition. But just for example, let's say that an unidentified plane drops a bomb to an area near your house and you die because of it. Or your heart malfunctions and you die immediately. The main point I want to say is that your death cannot be predicted, it can happen even now.

Now, the question is: "Do you think you are going to go to the Heaven when you die?"

If your answer is "yes", why do you think God will allow you to go to the Heaven?

Please take your time and think about it...

Do you think it's because you are basically good in this world?

Do you think it's because you did more goodness than sin?

If you have ever lied, or being angry to someone, or hated a person, you have sinned. Whether the sin is large or small doesn't matter. A sin is still a sin in God's point of view.

What is the Heaven?

In heaven there are no sins at all. How could heaven be filled with sins? Therefore a person who have sinned will not ever be able to enter the Heaven, regardless of his goodness in this world. And because all humans have committed at least a sin, including you, no one in this world could enter the Heaven, and everyone would go to the Hell.

So no one can enter the Heaven?

God, who is holy and just, and therefore must punish sin, is also loving and merciful and does not want to punish us.

• If God allowed sin to enter the Heaven, the Heaven will be filled with sin and it will no longer be the Heaven (where God resides).
• If God let all people go to Hell, no one would enter the Heaven and we all humans were "discarded" (why would God make humans if all humans went to hell in the end?)

To solve this problem, God has sent to the world Jesus Christ as God incarnate, fully God and fully man, to pay our sin debt for us.

He died without ever made a sin -- because He is God -- but He died because of us. He was crucified by the people at that time. He could save himself with His Godness, but the very reason He went to this world is to save us. Our sin is paid by Him in His death. After three days of the death, He was resurrected.

How can I be saved?

Basically there is nothing you need to do. The salvation is FREE. It is a gift. You don't seek or work to get that. It is not because of you that you're saved. It is because God loves you so much and wants you to receive the gift.

The gift of eternal life is received by faith.

Realizing that we cannot save ourselves, and that we deserve God's judgment for our sins, we come to Him by faith.

"For by grace are you saved through faith, and that not of yourselves. It is the gift of God, not of works, so that no one can boast."

Decide...

1. Accept Jesus - I want to accept Christ.
   If you don't know how to accept Christ, see this. The Bible says that "If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sin and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness." Repent to God.
